Five independent apartments and a double room, set in around ten hectares of land overlooking Lake Bolsena. A place to enjoy being outdoors, with time and space to unwind.

Picnic areas, barbecues and shaded pergolas are dotted around the grounds. An avenue of cypresses and centuries-old olive trees separates the accommodation from the main road; private parking is available for guests.

Our family team welcomes you with care and dedication, creating a friendly, peaceful atmosphere with room for privacy.
